Billing Systems Specialist

The Business Systems Specialist will work with the Business Systems team to support the Billing process from customer order through to payment. The specialist will work with the Billing team to ensure that the output of the Billing Systems are as expected. The Specialist will also work with the team to identify future development required for Billing.


  • Supporting the day to day processes for our Billing Systems – Billingbooth, Go Cardless and Netadmin Billing.

  • Product catalogue creation and maintenance.

  • Supporting the Customer Care team with Billing related enquiries.

  • Required changes to invoice templates.

  • Billing related customer communications.

  • Development of the billing area on the Customer portal.

  • Set up of Special Offers.

  • Documentation of Billing related processes.

  • Working with the team on future billing related projects such as Xero integration.

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationship alongside the Billing Team.

  • Developing governance and processes outside the technical systems fixing – which gets approval from finance before changes made in billing systems

Core skills required:

  • Experience in billing within a telecommunications network environment.

  • Experience of Direct Debit set-up and process.

  • Experience of Xero an advantage.

  • Experience of basic book-keeping practices.

  • Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
