Business Systems Analyst

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the ongoing development, management, and support of the internal business systems.

Responsible for:

  • The main purpose of the role is to ensure the ongoing development, management, and support of the internal business systems. 

  • Analyse as is business processes and work with business and technical teams to improve the process with automation and scalability

  • Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories

  • Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements

  • Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

  • Train the key business stakeholders and Documentation

Requirements:

  • Customer service driven, you will be able to display a high standard of issue resolution and problem management

  • Experience of investigating underlying systems issues with associated root cause analysis

  • Identifying and leading the implementation of process improvements for new and existing systems

  • Scripting skills such as HTML & JSON

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions

  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and roles
