Content Marketing Executive

Creates content editorial calendar that is engaging and writing content in a variety of styles and formats for us across multiple channels(e.g. social media copy, blogs, articles, white papers, nurture emails)

Responsibilities:

  • Creates content editorial calendar that is engaging and writing content in a variety of styles and formats for us across multiple channels(e.g. social media copy, blogs, articles, white papers, nurture emails)

  • Drive a constant flow of traffic to Swish generation registrations of interest in build areas/Swish targeted areas

  • Effectively execute end to end marketing campaigns by owning audience insights, developing the value prop, defining the narrative, and delivering campaigns

  • Contributing to the delivery of creative campaign ideas, including research and ideation for new segments

  • Acting as brand guardian, ensuring implementation of brand guidelines in all content that is written and visible on our corporate website

  • Keeping an eye on the market, monitoring and reporting on industry trends, hot topics and our position versus our competitors

  • In collaboration with our sales an marketing team including third parties effectively promote any product promotions as part of the editorial calendar content

  • Assist with the production with newsletters and using this effectively as additional content

  • Responsible for monitoring and updating website content and optimising website content for search

  • Involved in PR activities and content required

Core skills required:

  • Proven experience in researching and writing all forms of content across a range of channels – web pages, email content, white papers, customer case studies, presentations, and collateral

  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and intent levels

  • Exemplary writing skills

  • B2C and B2B experience

  • Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and spelling

  • Ability to present examples of copy writing or content creation work done previously

  • Experience using a CRM system

  • Detail orientated and strong proof-reading skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work

  • Understanding of SEO principles and implementation

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, e.g. Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects under tight deadline
