Digital Marketing Executive

This is a London office-based role reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer.


The role will be focused on two main areas. 


  • Overseeing the Swish Fibre digital marketing channels

  • Monitoring the in-bound marketing enquiries and responding as necessary to ensure that all enquiries are responded to in prompt manner and the brand equity is maintained.


The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO and the Management Team during this exciting time in Swish Fibre’s growth and they will gain invaluable support and experience during the development of the business from the start.


As Swish are a start up the role will vary and the successful candidate may be asked to support several activities as the business evolves.

Role Summary:

  • Monitor the Swish Marketing in twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook feeds.

  • Monitor the Swish Fibre social media dashboard and either take the lead responding or flag to the Swish expert an issue highlighted on Social media that needs to be resolved quickly and effectively before it escalates.

  • Promote Swish fibre in a positive manner across all social media platforms.

  • Provide updates on the amount of social media activity on a weekly basis

  • Monitor the Swish Fibre enquiries pages

  • Organise the inbound activity into the relevant towns.

  • Escalate quickly and efficiently to the subject matter expert any issues that are highlighted via any of the inbound channels.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong IT skills especially user experience of social media platforms

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to build effective relationships

  • Use own initiative to research the market and customer requirements

  • Organised, with good time management and the ability to plan effectively

  • Ability to build and maintain effective networks

  • Previous experience in Telecoms sector (desirable but not essential)

Key Experience:

Experience in either working as a Marketing Executive or can show a passion to the use of social media to engage with customers and educate them as to how full fibre broadband can positively impact their lifestyle.


  • Experience or understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads

  • Experience or understanding of social media management and paid social

  • Google Tag Manager experience is desirable

  • CRM systems knowledge desirable

  • Basic HTML is desirable

  • Proactive, accountable, creative with attention to detail is essential

  • Experience of working with technology, Telco or ISP not essential

Professional Skills and Background:

  • Degree, CIM diploma or similar.

  • Understanding of the various social media platforms and respective segmentation.
