Hub Team Leader

Working as a member of our retail Sales Team means becoming an ambassador of Swish Fibre and our products.  You are passionate about the brand and as such have an important and influential role within the team. it is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and potential new customers, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.


This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, executing sales and managing a team of sales executives within a high street retail hub.  As a new proposition in a competitive broadband market you will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring they have received the appropriate training, setting them up for success and enabling them to achieve ambitious targets and objectives.

Responsible for:

  • Motivating, engaging and inspiring your team to give their best, providing guidance and help where needed. Supporting your team to have the best conversations with customers, putting customer service at the heart of everything you do and instilling that into your team. Taking pride in seeing the team and the wider business flourish.

  • Demonstrating a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop people. A track record of leading teams in a Service and or Sales environment.

  • Enjoying a sense of ownership, be comfortable in working to and delivering on your own objectives

  • Acting as a go-to member of the team, engaging across a range of business products and services.

  • Have a real passion and ambition in delivering and exceeding business objectives through value-add customer conversations.

  • Delegate tasks and oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance

  • Hit predetermined targets and achieve continuous growth

  • Do regular performance evaluation

  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

  • Advising on products best suited to customers

  • Effectively deal with customer queries
