Product Executive

This is a London office-based role reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer.


The role will be focused on: 

  • Ensuring that the key software, hardware and regulatory requirements for Swish Fibre customers are in place before the new Swish Fibre service goes live.

  • Work with the marketing team to communicate the benefits of the Swish service to Residential and Business customers.

  • Input into the KPI, pricing and regulatory processes.


The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO and the Management Team during this exciting time in Swish Fibre’s growth and they will gain invaluable support and experience during the development of the business from the start.


As Swish are a start up the role will vary and the successful candidate may be asked to support several activities as the business evolves.

Role Summary:

Swish will be putting customers live over the next six months.  The Product Manager’s initial focus is to put in place the key in home software and hardware components for customers to go live and then work with Marketing to promote the benefits of the various Swish services.


This role includes but is not limited to:


  • Finalising the in-home products and pricing, including the routers & mesh to be used and then put in place the respective supplier agreements.

  • Select one of two key in-home customer experience services, focusing on the value-added benefits to Swish customers.  Put in place any respective supplier agreements. 

  • Review and finalise the Swish Fibre broadband service offerings for Residential, SoHo and SME customers and the on-line buyer journey before launch.

  • Review the Consumer facing GDPR and identify any areas of non-compliance that need to be addressed.

  • Identify an independent VoIP partner that can provide the services that Swish Fibres customers will require.  Negotiate the agreement with the selected partner.

  • Work with the marketing team on educating the market on the benefits of fibre especially with respect to education, on demand TV especially how to get sports TV on fibre.

  • Continually work with the sales and marketing team to update the website and promote the benefits of the Swish Fibre product portfolio.

  • Work on the initial KPIs for the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Experience:

Over 3 years’ experience working in either a Product Management or Head of Product Group in the Technology, Media and Telecoms industry.  Telecoms experience is preferred but not essential.


Working for a challenger brand that has successfully disrupted established players would be useful.  Social media and in bound Marketing experience is preferred but also not essential.

Professional Skills and Background:

  • Full UK driving license is essential.

  • Degree, CIM diploma or similar.

  • Product Management or Product Marketing qualifications preferred but not essential.
