Retail Sales Executive

Through a consultative approach, the Sales executives understand that the customer is at the heart of everything they do and have a natural ability to engage and build trust, quickly establishing needs and taking responsibility for matching the right products and services, resulting in both sales and driving repeat business.

Responsible for:

  • Assists customers by helping them select products and promoting products and services in an informative, engaging and professional manner

  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

  • Provide all customers with an exceptional experience by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products

  • Provided a professional and positive approach to any customer queries or requests

  • Ensure orders are accurately entered and processed using our internal system

  • Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

  • Responsible for Registrations of Interest received online and Telesales

  • Responds to customers’questions.

  • Provides outstanding customer service.

  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

  • Manages financial transactions.

  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Key Skills:

  • Ideally retail experience in a telecoms, broadband or utilities industry

  • Experience of working in a targeted sales environment

  • Excellent customer service

  • Be resilient in times fo challenge and change

  • Naturally competitive nature

  • Is an advocate and passionate about the brand and values of the organisation

  • Self-Motivated

  • Determined and driven

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
