Social & Digital Marketing Executive

Manage and oversee the Social Media editorial calender ensuring a continued flow of high quality social media posts that generates in-bound traffic in build areas

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees media plans and provides guidance on targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy, and design

  • Using Ab Testing techniques, analyse and understand which content performs best. 

  • Executes account-based paid marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeling potential customers

  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook); grow follower base and engagement levels in collaboration with the content marketing executive

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries on time and monitor mentions

  • Provide digital reporting and insights to measure digital marketing and website performance against goals (ROI and KPIs; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Data Studio, Amplitude,)

  • Analysing campaign performance and sharing data on demographics, who is reading what and general engagement analysis with the marketing team

  • Ensuring this is feedback to the content marketing executive to ensure our content is effective and resonating with our customers

  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance, delivering reporting to senior team members

  • Collaborate with others to manage SEO strategy and share suggestions for other channels

  • Perform website audit, to ensure best practice optimization

Core skills required:

  • Experience of reportings on web data (Google Analytics)

  • Proven experience in social media advertising with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube

  • Proven experience in PPC Google Ads campaigns

  • Analytical mindset, you’re comfortable with excel and tracking the success of digital campaigns

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Track record of lead generation campaign delivery

  • Excellent understanding of SEO best practice
