Managing the end to end recruitment process at Swish ensuring all the correct budget and Headcount approvals are in place to commence hiring

Responsible for:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process at Swish ensuring all the correct budget and Headcount approvals are in place to commence hiring

  • Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers to understand the criteria and requirement for the role

  • Reviewing JD’s to ensure accuracy & converting to a job advert

  • Provide a sourcing plan for each role

  • Sourcing candidates (direct, agency, job boards & other)

  • Reviewing of CVs and providing shortlisted candidates to hiring managers

  • Arrange & Conduct Interviews and ensuring hiring managers and interviewees have all the information required

  • Providing Interview templates for each interview and creating a bank of questions to be asked consistently (Technical & Cultural)

  • Gathering feedback from the hiring managers & providing feedback to candidates on their application in a timely manner

  • Managing the offer process

  • Manage the PSL and hold QBRs with agencies

  • Work with the Head of HR on building & implementing the recruitment process ensuring a great candidate and internal stakeholder experience

  • Training Hiring Managers in Swish Fibres recruitment practices

  • Supporting the Head of HR with the EVP and candidate experience

  • Creating KPIs on a monthly basis

  • Updating career website, job boards with vacancies and ensuring accuracy of vacancies

  • Reviewing new technologies and practices to support future hiring

  • Sending out weekly recruitment update to employees and SLT

  • Involved in the creation and implementation of a new Internal hiring intranet page for employees & Contractors to view open opportunities

  • Keeping up to date with all relevant legislation

  • Setting up talent pipelining for key and niche roles

  • Building relationships with Universities and Colleges for future talent opportunities

Being a brand ambassador for Swish Fibre ensuring you understand the strategy and presenting this to potential candidates, agencies and external companies

Core skills required:

  • End to End recruitment experience within a Fibre/Telecoms and the ability to hire across all functions (technical & non technical)

  • Experience of using and moving to an ATS

  • Experience of managing a PSL and conducting QBRs

  • Demonstratable experience of direct hiring

  • Experience of working on building diversity into recruitment practices

  • Experience of building interview template for every role

  • Experience of providing hiring manager training on recruitment practices

  • Excellent communications skills at every level in the organisation

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Experience of EVP/Branding for candidate and hiring manager experience

  • Experience of creating KPIs and tracking information

  • Curious and constantly looking at improvements that can be made

  • Ability to work on multiple roles

  • Experience of working in a start up environment (desirable)

  • Organised, Calm and focused to deliver results
