UKREiiF Concert Ticket Competition
These terms and conditions are dated 14 April 2023

1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is: Swish Fibre Limited whose registered office and trading address is 13 Salisbury Place, London, W1H 1FJ.

​

2. The competition

​

2.1 The title of the competition is UKREiiF Concert Ticket competition.

​​

3. How to enter

​

3.1 The competition will run from Tuesday 16th May (the "Opening Date") to Thursday 18th May 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

 

3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 GMT time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

 

3.3 To enter the competition, you must

 

[1] place your business card (including your name, company name and email address) in our competition entry bowl, or

[2] fill in our entry form and place it in the competition entry bowl

 

The competition is limited to delegates of the UKREiiF conference taking place on Tuesday 16th -18th May 2023 exclusively.

 

3.4 By entering this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.6 The winning competition entry will be selected at random by a computerised random generator from all entries received.

4. Eligibility

​

4.1 The competition is open to any attendees at the event listed in condition 3.3 only.

 

4.2 The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

 

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; or

 

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration.

 

4.3 All entrants must be aged 18 and above.

 

4.4 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

 

4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

 

5. The prize

5.1 The prize is

 

[1] Three sets of two tickets to The Red Hot Chili Peppers concert at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday 21st July 2023

[2] Three sets of two tickets to the Beyonce concert at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 3rd June 2023

 

5.2 Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize above with a prize of equal or greater value.

 

5.3 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize.

 

5.4 The competition is not affiliated with Beyonce, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or the event organisers.

 

5.5 In order to claim the prize you must accept the prize and prize draw conditions when contacted by Swish Fibre via email. Upon accepting the prize, Swish Fibre will deliver the prize no later than 5 days before the respective concert dates.

 

6. Winners

 

6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

 

6.2 Six Winners will be selected within 5 working days after the Closing Date (“Announcement Date”). The first three names drawn will win Prize 1: two tickets to Red Hot Chili Pepper concert. The second three names drawn will win Prize 2: two tickets to Beyonce concert.

 

6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to announce the winner on the official Swish Fibre Facebook and Instagram page and will contact the winner by email as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date and will be asked for their full name and address.

 

6.4 All correspondence will be made from the official Swish Fibre email address. By entering the competition, you confirm your responsibility to be aware of spam accounts mimicking our competition or claiming to be Swish Fibre. We will only ask for the winners' contact details once we have contacted the winner via email.

 

6.5 The Promotor must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and the town of residence within the UK of the prize winner to anyone who writes to trading address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self- addressed envelope) within 6 weeks after the Closing Date of the Competition.

 

6.6 By entering the competition you are confirming you are happy for your name to be published or made available. In certain circumstances, the Promoter might have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via marketing@swishfibre.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

7. Claiming the prize

 

7.1 If you a winner of the prize, you will have 5 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by referring to the details of how to claim in condition 5.5. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

 

7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 5 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date.

 

7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the prize.

 

8. Limitation of liability

 

8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

9.1 Subject to the applicable data protection legislation, the Promoter shall have the right to use and feature the name of the UKREiiF Concert Ticket competition winners for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.

 

9.2. The Promoter shall be granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy which can be found on https://www.swishfibre.com/privacypolicy.

​

11. General

​

11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may at its sole discretion reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

​

11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

​

11.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
