Sales and Marketing Roles

Hub Team leader

Working as a member of our retail Sales Team means becoming an ambassador of Swish Fibre and our products.  You are passionate about the brand and as such have an important and influential role within the team. it is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and potential new customers, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.

 

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, executing sales and managing a team of sales executives within a high street retail hub.  As a new proposition in a competitive broadband market you will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring they have received the appropriate training, setting them up for success and enabling them to achieve ambitious targets and objectives.

Customer Care Technical Lead

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager the post holder will be the technical subject matter expert for customer care agents and installation engineers.

 

The team will be supporting residential and business FTTP customers during core office and extended hours. This will be achieved using a blend of onshore in-house and nearshore outsourced teams.

Retail Sales Executive

Through a consultative approach, the Sales executives understand that the customer is at the heart of everything they do and have a natural ability to engage and build trust, quickly establishing needs and taking responsibility for matching the right products and services, resulting in both sales and driving repeat business.

Senior Sales Retail Executive

Working as a member of our retail Sales Team means becoming an ambassador of Swish Fibre and our products.  You are passionate about the brand and as such have an important and influential role within the team. it is important to be able to effectively engage and work with both existing and potential new customers, as well as part of a diverse and highly efficient team.

Corporate and Finance roles

Legal Counsel

Drafting, negotiating and advising on general commercial contracts including, service agreements, design agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements and technology contracts.  Dependent on the selected candidate, we may look to undertake our legal construction contract work in-house (NEC3)

HR Administrator

Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, addendum letters etc.

• Responsible for onboarding paperwork for all new hires

• Requesting new hire references and completing DBS checks

• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

• Maintaining HR Electronic records

• Assist in the recruitment process

• Setting up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

• Responsible for training administration

• Creating Purchase Orders

• Updating the Swish Fibre Intranet with changes to policies and information

Talent Acquistion Partner

Managing the end to end recruitment process at Swish ensuring all the correct budget and Headcount approvals are in place to commence hiring

 

Operational roles

New - GIS Engineer

Taking a leading role in the development and management of GIS knowledge, development and integration across the Swish business.   Many of Swish’s functions rely on insights gained from being able to interpret and understand geo related data and how they can drive towards the creation of competitive advantage.

New Contracts Manager

Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions relating to construction

Manage the performance of contractors in accordance with the relevant contract requirements and business operational needs, to ensure best value and services from suppliers is achieved in terms of cost, quality and productivity

Network Engineer 

The role will work closely with the CTO and will have responsibility for the setting up, development and support of the Swish network.

 

This includes the passive optical network (PON), active components / outside plant in street cabinets (OLTs), and the Data Centre function which includes aggregation, core, transit and peering. 

IT Support Engineer

Work across a broad range of technologies and liaise across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. Responsible for resolving IT requests and explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms.

New - Health & Safety Manager

This role works collaboratively with contractors onsite and the internal stakeholders to define and implement a H&S strategy

We are a full-fibre broadband provider with £250m of investment. We are rolling out a 10Gbps FTTP networks and have a plan to cover a total of 250,000 premises bringing truly exceptional connectivity services to homes and businesses in the South of England. We want to improve lifestyles and enhance communities by instantly connecting people and businesses beyond today’s broadband.

New Systems Engineer (OSS/BSS)

We are looking for a Systems Engineer who will take responsibility for ensuring that the architectural solutions for our OSS/BSS systems meet business requirements.  You will act as a subject matter expert across the business, collection detailed requirements and then taking these though the full development lifecycle, delivering complete working systems.

New Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will have responsibility for end to end management of purchasing within Swish Fibre.

Fibre Network Designer

Designing and Building the Swish Network is the main focus of the business as we aim to meet our ambitious role out plan, and it is time to recruit a Fibre Network Designer to support this stage of our growth.

 

Reporting to the Design Manager, the Fibre Network Designer will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver accurate and efficient designs to our build teams and in effectively managing changes required as we go through the plan and build lifecycle. 

IT Operations Engineer

New  - Senior Design Lead

Reporting directly to the Design manger the ideal candidate will set up Swish’s internal Fibre Design team to help us meet our goal of 250k homes in the next five years
