Sales and Marketing Roles

Product Executive

The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the planning and development of new products and features to be best in market.

They will be expected to deliver the product roadmap and work with cross functional teams and suppliers to implement changes and new products/features

Retail Sales Executive

Through a consultative approach, the Sales executives understand that the customer is at the heart of everything they do and have a natural ability to engage and build trust, quickly establishing needs and taking responsibility for matching the right products and services, resulting in both sales and driving repeat business.

Wayleave Officer

As a Wayleave Officer you will be liaising with Land Owners, Occupiers, Agents, Local Authorities and other statutory bodies to secure all necessary legal and environmental consents to place new telecoms apparatus on third party land and to gain access to existing apparatus.

Customer Care Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor who can work autonomously and exercise excellent judgement at all times. You will be someone who can answer customer queries via telephone, email, or chat. Doing it all with enthusiasm because you want to give excellent customer service.

Installations Engineer

We are a full-fibre broadband provider with £250m of investment. We are rolling out a 10Gbps FTTP networks and have a plan to cover a total of 250,000 premises bringing truly exceptional connectivity services to homes and businesses in the South of England. We want to improve lifestyles and enhance communities by instantly connecting people and businesses beyond today’s broadband.

Network Extension manager

As Network Extensions Manager you will be responsible for liaising with local communities to identify network extension opportunities, developing the business case for them and working with the rest of the organisation to get them implemented.

Technology roles

Business Systems Analyst

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the ongoing development, management, and support of the internal business systems. 

Billing Systems Specialist

The Business Systems Specialist will work with the Business Systems team to support the Billing process from customer order through to payment. The specialist will work with the Billing team to ensure that the output of the Billing Systems are as expected. The Specialist will also work with the team to identify future development required for Billing.

Network Operations Engineer

Technical Business Analyst

You will be responsible for ensuring new and existing systems meet both internal stakeholder and customer needs. The ideal person will also need to be a clear communicator who can manage internal stakeholders expectations.

Testing Engineer

The Device Testing Engineer is responsible for supporting the core activities of the testing effort of devices. The tester will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables produced comply with all function and non-functional requirements.

 

Operational roles

Health & Safety Advisor

The role of the Health and Safety Advisor is to assist in protecting Swish Fibre from external liabilities and workplace accidents by identifying operational and workplace risks and hazards, assisting site teams with the creation of control strategies, and implementing safety solutions in an operationally effective and practical way. 

Civils Operative

Building the Swish Network is the focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Civil Lead/Operative to support the next stage of growth. Reporting to and tasked by the Build Manager, Project supervisor, you will be employed to complete maintenance digs, clear blockages, repair ducting, new lead ins to properties and BTOR poles and from time to time carry out TRR survey while working on the highway’s C/W, F/W, and private land for the installation of Fibre.

Multi Skilled Engineer

Designing and Building the Swish Network is the focus of the business as we aim to meet our ambitious role out plan, and it is time to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support the next stage of our growth. The Multi-Skilled Engineers main responsibility will be to test rod and rope and splicing and testing of cables both underground and overhead.

Project Supervisor

Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Project Manager, the Project Supervisor’s role is to ensure that the works are completed in accordance with all relevant specifications (e.g. Openreach, Swish Fibre, NRSWA etc).

Quantity Surveyor

The role will involve all aspects of quantity surveying for FTTH projects, providing support to the Project Manager on all commercial aspects of the projects, using NEC contracts.

Project Manager

Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager’s role is to coordinate the successful completion of the project deliverables, liaising with internal and external project stakeholders, on time and to budget, in line with the requirements set out under the NEC3 contract and the business requirements.

Quality Assurance Lead

Work collaboratively with the contractor notifying them at the earliest opportunity of potential risks to reduce the exposure of fines from the County Council.
