Netflix Prize Draw
These terms and conditions are dated 11th March 2022
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Swish Fibre Limited whose registered office and trading address is 13 Salisbury Place, London, W1 1FJ.
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Netflix prize draw.
3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from Friday 11th March (the "Opening Date") to Friday 25th March 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 GMT time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the prize draw, follow @swishfibre Facebook or Instagram and register to our receive Swish updates and news, within the form provided in the Facebook or Instagram platform or on Swish Fibre's website.
3.4 By entering this competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.6 The winning competition entry will be selected at random by a computerised random process from all entries received.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom
4.2 The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration.
4.3 All entrants must be aged 18 and above.
4.4 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize is the following:
1. There are 3 prizes up for grabs. 3 winners will each receive a Netflix voucher via Amazon totalling to the amount of £66 which covers 6 month's standard subscription of Netflix (Netflix Standard Subscription - £10.99).
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize above with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3 The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize. This competition is no way affiliated with Netflix, Instagram or Facebook.
5.4 In order to claim the prize you must accept the prize and prize draw conditions when contacted by Swish Fibre via email. Upon accepting the prize, Swish Fibre will deliver the prize no later than 25th April 2022.
6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Winner will be selected within 15 days after the Closing Date (“Announcement Date”).
6.3 The Promoter will announce the winner on the @Swishfibre Facebook and Instagram page and will contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, by telephone or email.
6.4 All correspondence will be made from the Swish Fibre Social Media accounts, with the handle @swishfibre. By entering the competition you confirm your responsibility to be aware of spam accounts mimicking our competition or claiming to be Swish Fibre. We will only ask for the winner’s contact details once we have announced this on the Swish Fibre Social Media account.
6.5 The Promotion must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and the town of residence within the UK of the prize winner to anyone who writes to trading address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self- addressed envelope) within 6 weeks after the Closing Date of the Competition.
6.6 By entering the competition you are confirming you are happy for your name and Instagram handle being published or made available. In certain circumstances, the Promoter might have to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 of days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by refer to the details of how to claim in condition 5.4. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.2 Upon accepting the prize, Swish Fibre will email you a Netflix e-voucher by email through Amazon on the email you provide upon accepting the prize.
7.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 Subject to the applicable data protection legislation, the Promoter shall have the right to use and feature the name of the Swish Netflix prize draw winner for publicity purposes and winners agree that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
9.2 The Promoter shall be granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials], to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.swishfibre.com/privacypolicy . See also condition 6 with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
11.3 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
