The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the planning and development of new products and features to be best in market.

Installations Engineer
We are a full-fibre broadband provider with £250m of investment. We are rolling out a 10Gbps FTTP networks and have a plan to cover a total of 250,000 premises bringing truly exceptional connectivity services to homes and businesses in the South of England. Customer Care Advisor
We are looking for a Customer Care Advisor who can work autonomously and exercise excellent judgement at all times. You will be someone who can answer customer queries via telephone, email, or chat. Doing it all with enthusiasm because you want to give excellent customer service.

Billing Systems Specialist
The Business Systems Specialist will work with the Business Systems team to support the Billing process from customer order through to payment. The specialist will work with the Billing team to ensure that the output of the Billing Systems are as expected. The Specialist will also work with the team to identify future development required for Billing.
Network Operations Engineer

Fibre Cabler
Designing and Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business as we aim to meet our ambitious role out plan, and it is time to recruit a Cabling/Test Rod & Rope engineer to support the next stage of our growth. The Cabling/Test Rod & Rope engineers main responsibility will be to test rod and rope, installation of cables, sub duct both underground and overhead.
Fibre Jointer
Designing and Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business as we aim to meet our ambitious role out plan, and it is time to recruit a Fibre Jointer / Splicer to support the next stage of our growth. The a Fibre Jointer / Splicer main responsibility will be build fibre nodes, splicer the cables into the node & test the network using OTDR.
Building nodes from scratch, preparation of fibre cables up to 144f, splicing in active cabinets, building aerial nodes & underground nodes & testing of built networks
Fibre Designer
The Fibre Network Designer will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver accurate and efficient designs to our build teams and in effectively managing changes required as we go through the plan and build lifecycle The Fibre Network Designer will work closely with all departments across the business to ensure that data accuracy and integrity so that we build a best in class network and customer experience.
Project Manager
Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager’s role is to coordinate the successful completion of the project deliverables, liaising with internal and external project stakeholders, on time and to budget, in line with the requirements set out under the NEC3 contract and the business requirements.
Project Supervisor
Building the Swish Network is the next main focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Project Manager, the Project Supervisor’s role is to ensure that the works are completed in accordance with all relevant specifications (e.g. Openreach, Swish Fibre, NRSWA etc).
Project Coordinator
Building the Swish Network is the focus of the business and it is time to recruit a Project Coordinator to support the next stage of growth. Reporting into the Project Manager, the Project coordinators role is to coordinate the successful completion of the project deliverables, liaising with internal and external project stakeholders, on time and to budget, in line with the requirements set out under the NEC3 contract and the business requirements.
Design Partner Specialist
The Design Partner Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver accurate and efficient designs to our build teams and in effectively managing changes required as we go through the plan and build lifecycle. The Design Partner Specialist will work closely with all departments across the business to ensure that data accuracy and integrity so that we build a best in class network and customer experience.
Health & Safety Advisor
The role of the Health and Safety Advisor is to assist in protecting Swish Fibre from external liabilities and workplace accidents by identifying operational and workplace risks and hazards, assisting site teams with the creation of control strategies, and implementing safety solutions in an operationally effective and practical way.
Civils Operative
Building the Swish Network is the focus of the business and it is time to recruit an experienced Civil Lead/Operative to support the next stage of growth. Reporting to and tasked by the Build Manager, Project supervisor, you will be employed to complete maintenance digs, clear blockages, repair ducting, new lead ins to properties and BTOR poles and from time to time carry out TRR survey while working on the highway’s C/W, F/W, and private land for the installation of Fibre.
Multi Skilled Engineer
Designing and Building the Swish Network is the focus of the business as we aim to meet our ambitious role out plan, and it is time to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support the next stage of our growth. The Multi-Skilled Engineers main responsibility will be to test rod and rope and splicing and testing of cables both underground and overhead.
